This quick 22 minute sequence will help you to relieve tension and discomfort in the lower back through some hip opener stretches and gentle forward folds. As well as to increase lower back strength through some poses on the stomach like locust pose, or salabhasana.

A lot of people experience low back pain at some time in their lives. Most of us sit for a large portion of the day, which can cause pain and discomfort in the back and specifically in the lower back region.

So not only is it important that we get up and move during a day at the office, it also helps to add in just a few minutes of yoga at the end of your work day to relieve tension, lengthen and strengthen the lower back.
