–Stretching Routine–
front split right leg and backbend with twist To finish press up to point and begin opposite side.
left split backbend with torso twist. lift arms all the way overhead with hands together.
center split without wall hands behind back backbend
folded legs backbend
left split backbend hands at chest
right front split push on ground to backbend then lift arms all the way overhead with hands together.
center split cat cow
center split seated backbend with arms to the rear
forward fold arms fall overhead
