This complete yoga practice does not require arm or wrist support. It’s suitable if you have a wrist, elbow or arm injury, but still want to gain the benefits of yoga – stamina, balance, toned body, relaxed state of mind, core stability – without doing any weight-bearing postures on your hands. This practice would also be suitable if you are an amputee or were born without upper body limbs. It is a fairly slow-paced vinyasa flow yoga class that beginners through to experienced yogis can practice with. Poses include: lunges – high and low and twists, Warrior 2 and 3, Parighasana (Gate Pose), Malasana (Yogi Squat), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Parvottanasana (Intense Side Stretch), Vrksasana (Tree Pose)
