Here’s a practice to release tight and rounded shoulders—one of the common problems yoga teachers see in their students. Join Sarah as she shows you how to use a pair of opposing muscles, serratus anterior and middle trapezius, to balance and stabilize the shoulders. Strengthen and awaken these muscles through a simple sequence that activates and releases them, so that the shoulders start to feel more open and soft. The practice concludes with a brief relaxation.
