Use the right arm and lift it above your shoulders and bend it at the elbow. The left arm comes underneath and bend it at the elbow by bringing your palms together. This helps you to stretch your arms, neck and shoulders.
Lock the finger tips by curling them and joining them together. You need to bring the elbow as close as you can to the body with the right elbow pointed up towards the sky and the left elbow pointed towards the ground. Stay there for sometime with simple breathing and enjoy the pose. In this pose, your shoulders, arms, elbow and neck is stretched. These simple yoga exercises helps you to get rid of neck pain, shoulder pain and back pain.
