Awareness
Real time movements inspired by @dk_movement today working on planche and floating. People misunderstand strength often they assume they are not strong enough, when really it’s the case of awareness needed to create efficient usage of the muscles to control our bodies. I am strong but not strong like 100kg squat. I am aware strong. I work on mind muscle connection, so I can do these movements through awareness. Let’s remember life isn’t just one dimensional. Strong or not strong, good or bad etc. life is multi dimensional and so is the movements of our bodies that is why some people who aren’t considered to be strong squat 100kgs can do this but not squat 100kgs. As they have awareness strength and some people who are strong that can squat 100 kgs, still can’t do these movements; because strength comes in different forms and for body movements like yoga, gymnastics and calisthenics is about awareness strength.
