Watch as Ladies’ Home Journal shows you how to get back pain relief with the elbow to sky yoga pose! For this stretch, start on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Turn your toes under, and sit back on your legs. Place your right hand on the back of your head with your elbow extended out toward the side. Next, bring your elbow under your chest toward your other arm. You’ll be twisting to the side with your elbow rotating back up toward the sky. Hold each yoga pose for 30 seconds, and repeat with your other arm. This yoga exercise helps with pain relief as your warm up your muscles and loosen those tight joints!
