Hey all! After a bit of a run with injuries and aches through the last semester of university, I decided to start some basic yoga to help me get a little more in tune with my body. I’m still learning and damn, yoga wasn’t easy or comfortable initially… but I’ve been feeling so much more aware of my body and finding ways to relax and clear my mind in the process. I’m finding my muscles and joints are tolerating the ice better too. I definitely recommend giving it a go!
