This is a 30 Minute Yin Yoga Class for neck and shoulder pain relief. Beginner friendly and all levels suitable. Take 30 minutes to loosen the tension and stress in your neck, shoulders and upper back from bad posture, technology or constant stress.

We’ll explore yin poses to help create space, open energy blockages and release our necks and shoulders. Listening to your body is important! Please be careful with your neck. Not all poses may benefit you depending on your pain or issues.
