In Yin, we focus on allowing the spine to curve, letting the neck release.

GETTING INTO THIS STRETCH//

From a seated position, bring The soles of your feet together and then slide them away from you. Allow your back to round, folding forward slowly gently rest your hand on your feet or on the floor allow the head to hang down toward your heels.

We hold here for a few minutes so breathe, observe, and enjoy this Stretch.
