Heyyyyy guyzzzz! I’m back again with another video except for this time, there is some physical activity involved. In this video, I show you guys my fav pre workout stretches that get me goinnnnn when I train. I also included one of my personal favorite HIIT workout that targets the abs. HIIT is high intensity interval training, or in other words.. high potential exercises in a short amount of time= less time to cool down. Please don’t ask what happened towards the end of this video, lol.. I be in tune with the music feeling the moment ?.
