If you are suffering with lower back pain you just can’t shift, give these exercises a go from the comfort of your home. Try to do a few repetitions of each exercise, pausing the video as and when you need.
If you need any further help with the stretches or they are causing you more pain, take a rest and perhaps seek help from a personal trainer or Physio to check your technique.
These videos are designed to help my clients and my colleagues clients so if the exercises are totally new to you, make sure you take time and care to set up. Movement is generally the best cure for lower back pain and these are some of the exercises I have found help my clients. Remember, we are all different so an exercise that works for you may not be the best for someone else. Listen to your body and find what feels good :)….
