As a Sophisticate I never promote the trend of having the “perfect model/actor physique” because average guys like us need to focus more on our overall fitness and health rather than six packs and bulging biceps. However this does not mean you should let yourself lose in the health department.
Whether you are a student or a businessman if you want to stay healthy and perform effectively in your life you need to start giving your health and fitness better regard.
In order to stay healthy you just need to take out a few minutes out of your life for your own self and go to the gym, start jogging or even sports. There are few exercises which I regard as one of the best and my personal favorites. These exercises are always a part of my workout routine and would recommend every Sophisticate to adopt these exercises in their lives as well.
