YOGA POSTURE BASICS
In this Yoga Video I, Marianne give you instructions on how to do the Yin Yoga pose: Bound Angle Pose also known als Baddha Konasana. Those knees don’t have touch the floor, it is all about finding a stretch on the inside of your legs to create space around the hips.

YOGA BENEFITS
Physical benefits*:
This Yoga pose allows you to:
+ stretch the muscles on the inside of the legs (adductors)
+ stretch the major muscles along the spine in case you bow forwards
+ relax the front of the body, so belly and chest, in case you bow forwards
+ stretch the major muscles at the front body (belly and chest) in case you recline back and lie down in Goddess Pose
+ relax the back of the body, so major back muscles, in case you recline back and lie down in Goddess Pose
+ create compression in the lower back in case you recline back and lie down in Goddess Pose.
