If you get out of breath during the yoga practice, you should perform one of these postures:

1. Child pose
2. Knee to the chest
3. Sage Pose
4. Prey Pose

Remember that yoga is not a competition so when you feel out of breath, take some time off to ground yourself, close your eyes and focus on your breath.
