Pain in the back muscles is one of the most common problems people suffer nowadays. In this video I summarize some of the causes of back pain and offer some possibilities to alleviate the discomfort. I briefly speak about the lifestyle changes we need to make in order to increase the range of motion of the joints in the spine.
