Pose #1: Goddess side bend
• Knees and toes should point the same direction
• Place forearm on thigh and extend opposite arm
• Repeat second side

Pose #2: Pigeon
• Cross right ankle over the left thigh
• Lean torso forward for more stretch
• Repeat second side

Pose #3: Plank
• Always make sure your chair is stable
• Place hands shoulder width apart on the seat or back of the chair
• Step feet back and create a straight line with the body from head to heels
• The lower your hands are the more challenging this becomes

Pose #4: King Arthur
• Place your knee where the seat and the back of the chair meet
• The shin draws up the back of the chair
• Stand closer to the chair for more intensity

Pose #5: Downward-facing dog
• Place hands shoulder width apart on back of the chair
• Hinge at the hips to keep length in the spine
• Step feet back until you feel spaceiousness
