Chair yoga is a seated yoga routine aimed to strengthen the arms, relax and stretch the shoulders, and relax the mind by drawing attention to the breath. It is a gentle chair yoga workout that can be challenging if you would like it to be. Aimed at chair yoga for seniors, anyone with limited mobility or those who would like to improve arm strength or flexibility. Chair yoga for beginners can be used as yoga at your desk for busy people who do not have a lot of time!

Chair yoga is great for if you can’t get out to a class very easily you can practice chair exercises 10 minutes a day online in the comfort of your own home. When you practice yoga at home everyday, you can improve flexibility, increase strength and energy and also relax the mind and body.
