Modification #1: Cat & Cow
• From plank, lower your knees to the mat
• Inhale into cow
• Exhale into cat
• Return to downward-facing dog
Modification #2: Dolphin
• From plank, exhale into chaturanga dandasana
• As you inhale, lower the forearms to the mat into Dolphin
• Exhale into downward facing dog
Modification #3: Camel
• From plank, begin a scapula push-up
• Inhale and draw shoulder blades together
• Exhale and spread the shoulder blades apart
• Lower knees to the mat
• Inhale as your open into camel
• Exhale into downward-facing dog
