YOGA POSTURE BASICS
In this Yoga Video I, Marianne give you instructions on how to do the Yin Yoga pose: Chest Stretch (Anahatasana Pose). A great ‘heart’ and chest opener. ‘Anahata’ refers to the Heart Chakra, thus we can also use the name: ‘Heart Chakra Pose’.
