Welcome to this Christian Yoga Practice for when you’re on your period!
This practice is designed specifically for women on their periods or experiencing premenstrual symptoms. It is a gift to be a woman and reflect the heart of God in our uniquely feminine way. This video honors this gift by slowing down and moving through some poses that relieve, comfort, and restore you.
We’ll be using a couple of pillows and a blanket throughout this practice, so grab some from your couch or your bed. Dim the lights, turn on some soft music, and prepare to tune deeply into your body.
