Welcome to 30 minutes of heart-pumping, legs-shaking, strength-building, endorphine-inducing Jesus-centered yoga! Challenge yourself physically and spiritually with this practice that I titled Stop Faking It.

I want you to give yourself lots of grace. The only requirements in holy yoga are breathing and worshipping. So if your heart starts racing and you feel overwhelmed, back off, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and tell God “thanks.” There are some yummy stretching and resting poses at the end so stick it through!
