A fusion of barre and yoga – this workout will help increase flexibility whilst strengthening your smaller supporting muscles. If you have shied away from yoga workouts because you didn’t think you are flexible enough, then definitely give this workout a go. The strap helps increase range of motion and lets you stretch all those hard to reach places. If you don’t have a yoga strap you can try using a belt or a pilates/resistance band that can be tied in a loop.
