Here is another video in the Couch Yoga series. I’ve done videos to wind down, and for energy, so I thought I’d do one for a common problem: back pain. So many people, including myself, deal with this problem in either their upper, middle or lower back and most people have little time and energy to do things to counter back pain. This routine is aimed to help those people and anyone in general with this problem.
This routine can be done on your couch or in a chair that allows a bit of movement so probably not a chair with wheels but most other chairs will do.
