Handstands are about building awareness and creating new neurological pathways in our brain. Even tho some level of shoulder and core stability is required, handstands are mastered once we become conscious of where our body is in space. By exposing ourself to the position on a frequent basis, we are guarantee to be able to balance upside down. It is just like learning how to walk 🙂
