Welcome to Day 18 of the 40 Day Kundalini Yoga Weight Loss Challenge with Mariya Gancheva! We will continue with the thyroid gland and stimulate the entire metabolic function. Naturally, we want to be free from weight, both physical and emotional, that we intuitively feel doesn’t belong with us at this point on our journey. Our desire is vibrant health regardless of what stage of life we are in. That’s why we are doing this challenge – Kundalini isn’t a quick fix. In fact, quick fixes do not work! That’s where yo-yo dieting and rebound weight always comes into play. In this process, we go slow and steady into a lifestyle change of taking care of ourselves, increasing our metabolic function, and paying more mind to our bodies and spirits which help guide the choices of what we put into our bodies.
