Welcome to Day 23 of the Kundalini Yoga Weight Loss Challenge with Mariya Gancheva. You will feel full of energy and in control of your life when the lungs and circulation and stimulated. The depth of the prana in your body, your breath and its flow, determine your emotional base. This set will rebuild your lungs and improve the circulation through the body. It is a rhythmical and short kriya. This will prepare your lungs for an excellent practice of pranyam.
We will begin by stimulating the lungs, lung meridians and flush the upper lymph system. We will then counterbalance the first motion to release the circulation through the neck and cheeks. Continuing on, we will stimulate the navel chakra, which releases reserve energy to heal and coordinate the body and improves circulation in the digestive track. The mantra we will add is an effective trigger for the Navel Point energy. It will also free up emotions like fear and confusion that block the ability to act decisively.Then we will work toward the upper parts of the body, synchronizing the electromagnetic field of the heart and bringing circulation to the brain, eyes and the upper glands.
