Welcome to day 4 of our 5-day strength yoga challenge, today we focus on back exercises to strengthen that all important lower back.
There are so many benefits to having strong back muscles including reduced back pain. Strengthing back muscles supports the spine, improving overall core strength which in turn improves posture, a big culprit for back pain.
