In the imbalanced condition of thyroid gland, some important tips should keep in mind. Avoid white salt & use rock salt. take curd in morning or in lunch. Mushrooms, Pomegranates, coconut oil, indian gooseberry, beetroot, pineapple, carrot all these things are good.
all vegetables, turmeric, ginger is also good in thyroid problem.
1-2 slices of onion is also good for thyroid problem.
Almonds walnuts are also good for thyriod imbalance.
Avoid soyabean & use cabbage & cauliflower after cooking
Avoid heavy gluten diet, heavy junk food & fried food.
take, green coriander, mint, tulsi also.
Cows ghee & wheat grass is also beneficial for thyroid problem.
