I myself am a lower back pain sufferer and my goal in this sequence is that if you have never done yin yoga before or you don’t have any prior yoga experience, that this class is going to be easy and accessible to you. This class is perfect for yoga or yin yoga beginners who want to start practicing for the relief of their low back pain. In yin yoga, we are just going to hold postures while lying on the floor. You don’t even need a yoga mat!
