namaste beautiful Yogi’s today we’re doing a class for a living back neck and shoulder pain in a very scenic and very in communication hopefully the scenic views I don’t allow you to relax your mind as well the class is suitable for all levels perfect for beginners for days when you want to relax and soften stretch the shoulders
Beginner Beach Yoga Class for Relieving Back pain, Shoulder pain, Neck Pain, Wrist Pain, Carpal Tunnel, pelvic pain. Great in the morning or before bed for inducing a relaxed and peaceful state. ALL LEVELS.
Nature and ocean view.
It is best to preview the class before beginning so that you familiarize yourself with the moves.
For complete beginners please put the class on a slower setting in the lower right corner of the video- speed settings.
Give yourself time. In order to get the most benefit from this sequence please repeat the class 3 times a week.
The moves are designed to relieve, release and re-balance your spine and posture.
Expect twisting seated and reclining poses.
Heart and chest openers, hip openers which can release the lower back.
Mostly seated poses with some standing poses.
Stretches for the neck and shoulders.
Shoulder openers.
Angulation for the spine.
