How To Do Yoga Poses For Shoulder Pain Relief:
Bring the palms down and lie the belly on to the mat. Fingers underneath the shoulders, palms pressed down into the ground. Legs are nice and long. Inhale and start to lift the chest off the ground. Keep the abdomen glued to the ground and elbows squeezed in to the side of the body. Push into the palms, just enough to lift the chest. This stretches your upper back body. Slowly release and bring the palms together behind the back. Squeeze the palms and elbows together as much as possible. You will feel the shoulder blades come together. Inhale and keep the stretched pose for a while and release. Repeat this for 3 to 5 times. End this with a child’s pose.
