WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here… Elias’ 5×5 Workout should be a staple everyone should add to their weekly routine. Five Olympic Bar Exercises, Five Reps of each Exercise, and Five Sets… Maybe it should be called the 5x5x5. Whatever you call it, it really is a great warm-up for any gym session. Elias started with 5 Deadlifts, followed by 5 Rows, followed by 5 Cleans, followed by 5 Shoulder Press, followed by 5 Squats… I love this routine, it can be improved by starting with the just the bar and adding weight up to the 3rd set, then reducing it as you reach the fifth set… Let me know how you get-on with this one, it should be part of everyone’s journey to… Brave Change.
