20min Energizing Vinyasa Yoga for full body strenght and flexibility – A short class that can be used to wake up your body & energize in the morning or after a long day at work. I love a traditional vinyasa yoga style with breath to movement flow. This class with strengthen and also open and create more flexibiligty in the body. Our asana practice is a great way to keep the body healthy and while yoga for weight loss is an achievable goal, the real joy of the practice is the movement and the breath. Try and keep your mind focused on your breath during the practice and you will see that your desire for a weight loss workout will soon dissapear and you will be craving more yoga poses just for the sake of the pose and the the calm it brings your mind.
