This 20 minute yoga class is a “quick fix” if you are feeling tension, stress or anxiety. Using breath and movement to “ground” your energy, this class starts in a standing position with an opportunity to feel your feet on the floor. Stretching postures include malasana, wide legged low lunge, pigeon, bridge, happy baby. Also included are half sun salutations, tree pose and more. This class moves the body and breath but is gentle enough that it will energize but not exhaust you.
