1️⃣single leg lying leg curl (each leg 10 reps)/ both legs 3sets•12-15 reps
2️⃣leg press – over all leg target 3sets•10-12 reps
3️⃣MTS-V squats 3sets•12-15 reps
4️⃣leg extension 3sets•10-12 reps
5️⃣standing leg curl 3sets•10-12 reps
