ITS MONDAY, which means its a fresh start to a new week of making progress both in your fitness and in your life!!! But before you continue to try and strive for progress in these areas, take a step back and see if you have the proper FOUNDATION to build upon. Because without a good foundation, you build a shaky structure, that has a high chance of collapsing. Bare with me while I make more sense of this.

If you have terrible posture, and you neglect to fix it, you will actually increase your risk of injury the more you workout. Why? Because chances are, your form in the gym will suffer, and several important aspects of your everyday life (key to fitness and health) will suffer outside of the gym. I mention what these consequences might be in the video, so be sure to put up the volume and listen in. Fixing your posture is key to building the right foundation to build a better body on.

In this video, I provide you with a 5-10 minute stretching and rolling routine that will actually have immediate effects on fixing your posture, as well as long term posture correction. YOU CAN DO THIS ROUTINE AT HOME!! MINIMAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED! So no excuses 😉 I’ve used this routine for quite a while now and have noticed dramatic results and benefits from it.
