Ok this one is my first attempt at a full length yoga class. It goes out to my friend Natalie. 🙂
My apologies for the not so great sound, but live and learn! I’ll improve on it the next time.
For this class, blocks/pillows are used.
If you are pregnant, please ensure that you have approval by your doctor to practice prenatal yoga before practicing this class at home. Always listen to your body – if something doesn’t feel good, don’t do it.
