Welcome Dear Friends! Namaste!

I’m so grateful to see you coming back to your mat, week after week. Sometimes it’s not easy, but persistence pays off. And your body and mind thank you.

Today, we focus on stability.

The strength and stability that you find when you come to your mat consistently, the perseverance when you fall out of a pose then pick yourself up and get back in it…these things bleed into your life off the mat. The things you cultivate in your yoga practice: calm, peace, strength, balance, acceptance, understanding, love…they start on the mat and they flourish off the mat.

Your life is a reflection of your yoga practice, and your yoga practice is a reflection of you life.

In this class we slow down, we focus on the breath, we move gracefully, or maybe not so gracefully depending on the day, through an asana designed to strengthen and stabilize the hips.

Our hips keep us moving and walking and dancing and making love. We need them to be strong and supportive.

We also test our balance and work on letting go of expectations and accepting what is.

Come to this class on days when you want to slow down, move inward, gently strengthen the body then zen out.

Suitable for all practitioners.

Get in, get sweaty, get zen, get out!

Thank you for watching, liking, subscribing, and commenting!

Lots of love!
Dylan
