Diet is the cornerstone of any pcos fertility treatment. The key is to maintain balanced blood sugar. Although there is no one size fits all diet, the paleo or wheat belly diet is excellent at regulating blood sugar while making sure you have plenty of good fats and proteins.
Exercise is also extremely important for thriving with PCOS. What type of exercise depends. Some women do well with workouts like CrossFit while others feel better after a walk or restorative class like yoga. The best gauge is to see how you feel after you exercise. If you feel energized then you found a good fit. If you feel run down and need a day or two to recover then find a milder form of exercise. It may indicate that your adrenals are fatigued.
