In goddess pose, bend the knees while tracking them along the feet so they’re not rolling inwards but rather in line with the knee joint.

Activate the thighs by rotating them away from the midline. Press the feet firmly down and focusing on the outside edges of the feet, heels and balls of the feet pressing down.

When you squat, tuck the tailbone under and draw the pubic bone in. Sink deeply into the squat keeping the torso centered.

Soften the shoulders and the face with a gentle smile.

Maintain a gentle face and strong mind while holding the squat.

Enjoy some arm variations as shown in the video while inhaling and exhaling deeply. Extend the exhale to help maintain strength and concentration.
