Gotta Joga Prenatal enables the becoming mothers to prepare for childbirth physically and mentally prepare for labor. It also provides precious time to bond with the baby and what’s happening to the body from within.
The meditative, breath centered yoga classes in the Gotta Joga Prenatal app have been especially planned for mobile use, for pregnant women from 2nd trimester onwards for their home yoga practice.
The yoga classes have been prepared by professional yoga teacher Vanessa de Haas.
