This guided meditation for sleep begins with a soothing voice accompanied by relaxing music and soft sounds of crashing waves, and fades out into the white noise of the ocean.
45 minutes is the perfect length to guide you peacefully to sleep and the sounds trail off lightly to not disturb your slumber.
