Happy New Year! It’s our very first Technique Tuesday of 2019! This week, we have some yoga stretches for you to improve your overall mobility but especially that of your spine. “Cat Camel” reduces stiffness in your back and trunk flexibility, and improves your posture. “Downward Facing Dog” stretches the shoulders, hamstrings, calves, and hands.
