Ive had so many requests for a yoga flow without the use of props! Im a huge advocate for props – it makes the stretch not only safer, but more supportive and feel better (which is essential to becoming more flexible), but I remember when I first started yoga, I didn’t have props myself! So here is an all-level flow without the need for blocks, wheels, or straps – but you will need a COUCH (and a towel, scarf, or leggings if you have tight hamstrings)
As always, listen to your body – if anything is too intense, just back off. You can always deepen as you become more flexible.
Keep your knee softly bent if you have tight hamstrings for the hamstring stretches, and be easy with the knee (pad it up with some pillows and just don’t go so deep!)
