In this video, I am breaking down chaturanga dandasana, an essential pose of the Vinyasa. This pose build strength in the shoulders and the core. This pose is often use in Vinyasa, power yoga flow and it definitely one to work on if you want to improve your flow. In this video, there are 3 different exercices that you can do at home. By practicing regularly, you will develop. I’d advice you to keep doing the exercice until you feel at ease in the pose.
