Back Crack can be done with Yoga. It’s a simple pose called the chair. The movement is slightly awkward. You bend slightly down, and place your elbow against your knee. With the elbow, push out with the back twist. Your head should be looking up to the ceiling.
The back crack should be emphasized on the upper back. When you twist up, force it. Your back should be overstretched. Then you will hear your back crack and pop. This adjustment aligns the back, and opens up any stress or tension.
