Brahmacharyasana or the Celibate’s Pose is one of the hardest poses in yoga. This tutorial will guide you into this pose step-by-step. Arm length will make a lot of difference. If you can’t lift your buttocks of the floor in Dandasana (staff pose) you probably need blocks to perform Brahmacharyasana.
