This is a tutorial video on how to do Dancer’s Yoga Pose. We go through proper alignment plus poses and stretches to do to prepare your body for this intermediate standing balance pose. This is a variation on Natarajasana (King Dancer or Lord of the Dance Pose) and Standing Bow Pulling Pose (from the Bikram Yoga series).
