Namaste friends, In this video we are talking about Back pain. Back pain means any type of pain or spasm in the back. Starting from neck region to hip area. i.e. tip of the spine. 60% people get lower back pain because the spine got more mobile at the lower back and neck area specially abdominal cavity is not having more bones except the lumbar spine and basically abdominal muscles are mostly weak so the lumbar got injured very easily due to extra load.
Causes are mainly wear and tear of the spine, bone loss, specially inactive lifestyle, weight lifting, carrying, twisting or working too long in an inappropriate posture. Intra diskal pressure is also another cause.
Opening of the abdominal tissues awareness of basic posture while sitting and standing specially slouching should avoided. Tall person, pregnant women are prone to lower back pain more.
Note : Some medication specially for acid reflux also weaken the spine.
Our stretching exercises and some posture corrections will give a definite results and relief the pain if practiced regularly. So it is advisable that back pain should not be taken for granted.
Our exercises and stretches will good for non medical issues and medical issue people can do it with proper guidance and expert supervision.
